Donna Fay, President – Donna graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Graphics with a Minor in Electronics.
Donna brings over 20 years of experience in software testing and software development processes, including streamlining problem reporting processes and designing and implementing metrics processes that facilitate products being delivered ahead of schedule. Donna also wrote and implemented software development plans for the Boeing 747, 757, and 767 Flight Management and Control Systems. As a leader of the Software Engineering Process Group, Donna designed, wrote and implemented processes necessary to achieve Software Engineering Institute Maturity Level 3.
Michael Fay, Vice President – Mike graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelors of Science in Software Engineering with Associates of Science in Aviation Business Administration, Aviation Safety, and Aviation Science.
Mike brings over 20 years of experience of owning and managing his own software development and testing company including managing the software testing and integration team for Honeywell while working on the avionics for the Boeing 777 aircraft. Currently, Mike is working with Northrop Grumman, Boeing, the US Air Force, the US Army, and the Missile Defense Agency on software development and Integration as the sole Graphical User Interface Integrator.
